You'll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to:

• Verify and reconcile fuel vendor BOL documents with fuel invoices and customer delivery tickets
• Data entry of fuel invoices and BOLs not automated in the software
• Data entry of miscellaneous fuel vendor invoices
• Verify and correct customer orders based on customer delivery tickets and BOL data
• Verify and correct customer pricing
• Identify customer invoice issues
• Identify potential credit and rebill issues on customer invoices
• Document customer invoice issues
• Resolve customer issues thru invoicing emails
• Assist with weekly fuel inventory variance reports
• Assist Credit team and AR team with customer invoice disputes if needed
• Regular predictable attendance

Requirements
The best candidate will have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume bookkeeping/accounting work
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn internal programs

Additionally, while performing duties, the employee is required to sit, stoop, lift up to 15 pounds, type, communicate effectively, manage conflict, work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings, and travel.
In the performance of respective tasks and duties, the employee is expected to:

• Successfully perform quality work within deadlines with or without supervision.
• Interact professionally and confidently with other employees, customers, and contacts.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
